2. Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, all final creative content delivered by Chime Agency becomes the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work for our own portfolio and marketing purposes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely information, feedback, and approvals needed to complete the project. Delays may affect delivery timelines.
5. Liability
While we strive for accuracy and quality, Chime Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Services performed and costs incurred up to the termination date remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
